Black students and the Black community have consistently fought back against the unfair use of suspensions and expulsions with Black students.  This workshop presents alternatives to suspensions and expulsions as means for addressing student behaviour and outlines a process for dealing with conflict in the classroom without the use of punishment.  Teachers will learn to conduct transformative justice circles and transform your practice!
