Centering Marginalized Students in School Improvement Planning: School leaders are responsible for creating the conditions, setting the expectations and securing accountability for schools that positively impacts and improves student achievement and well-being. In this session, participants will be introduced to ‘Inclusive Design’, an approach to implementing school improvement designed to centre our most marginalized students at the onset of our planning to reduce barriers and hold high expectations for teachers and students.
